Return & Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason and without penalty within 14 days from the date the product is delivered.
2. Return Conditions
Returned items must:

Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged,

Be returned with original packaging, tags, and any accessories included.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

Items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (such as underwear, swimwear, bikini bottoms, etc.),

Customized or made-to-order products prepared according to the customer’s personal requests.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, the customer must notify us within the withdrawal period. After approval, the product must be sent back within the specified time frame.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. Any shipping costs, unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable.
6. Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
